Four-R Enterprises was founded in January 1984 to assist the Forging Industry with forging die design and procedures. From May 1984 through mid-October 1984, we served solely as the Manager of Engineering for a Forging Company. In late October of 1984, Four R Enterprises expanded it's focus and has actively sought after and partnered with varied and diverse businesses ever since.
Over 40 years of owner experience and leadership in the Manufacturing Engineering field has allowed Four-R Enterprises to contribute to a wide variety of industries. Examples of industries in which Four R Enterprises has been engaged are: nuclear fuel components, rail-car, power generation, oil field and down-hole gauging, automotive suppliers, heat transfer, general fabrication shops, machine shops, and numerous more.
Four R Enterprises has designed progressive tooling, automated equipment along with the PLC programming, bending, forming, punching, and coping dies, forging dies, assembly and welding fixturing, material handling systems, and mud motor stator mold tooling. We have also designed products such as down-hole gauge parts, intake and exhaust systems for turbine generator sites, paving machines, various prototype parts, piping skids from P&ID’s, and an extensive list of other items required by industry.
Four R Enterprises uses solid modeling in most of its design work. Being a VIP/Subscription member with Autodesk since 1990, we maintain the latest upgrades of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, Mechanical Desktop, and Inventor. Our technology and software facility includes industry standards such as AutoCAD and Inventor 2010.
